This service is often requested when a family or school team is concerned about a child’s access to instruction and whether the educational services, accommodations, and curriculum align their learning profile. In addition to observing the child at school, the consultant will review relevant background information, as well as interview caregivers and educators. The consultant will use that information to gain a comprehensive understanding of the child’s educational needs and develop individualized recommendations focused on promoting their success.
