Our consultants can conduct a comprehensive review of the services offered by a school or school district. Through classroom observation, interview, questionnaire, and review of relevant documents, consultants objectively analyze the instructional model, curriculum, and service delivery to identify strengths, as well as provide recommendations formulated to address areas for improvement.

On-going Consultation

Continuous learning and support can be provided in conjunction with trainings and workshops to ensure educators are well-equipped to implement effective teaching strategies and adapt to the diverse needs of their students. Using a coaching and mentorship model, experienced consultants provide guidance, feedback, and support to classroom staff as they design instruction, develop lesson plans, introduce individual or classroom wide supports, and refine teaching practices.
